After buying a pair of sheepskin slippers for my husband for Christmas, I was so pleased with the quality. So I ordered a baby pink pair for my Mum for Christmas too. The service was excellent, the website easy to use and the slippers beautifully soft. The sizing is just right and they have a really good quality, built up sole. They are just perfect. I highly recommend these slippers, as they are soft warm and cosy.

Ordered some slippers the 27th of December. Website at the time claimed next day delivery excluding bank holidays... fair. On the 30th of December, I sent an email to ask when would my parcel be shipped since I hadn't heard anything, to my dismay, I got a very casual reply that they were not doing any shipments that week? Why have it on their website that it was next day then? At this point I was not going to be on the same location by that time so I asked to have the delivery address changed since it hadn't even shipped. I was ignored on countless emails, and finally got a shipment notification 8 days late.
When the slippers finally arrived the parcel was refused since I was no longer on that location. It took a further month, empty promises on emails regarding my refund to which finally concluded on a Paypal claim siding with me and finally getting refunded. Avoid.

Fantastic quality sheepskin slippers! Couldn't believe the price of these... after ordering Ugg slippers in the past I decided to try these (recommended by a friend). They certainly did not disappoint, great quality and value for money! Will be ordering a pair for my hubby!

I returned some expensive slippers that did not fit. The company received these back on 3/1/23. I am still yet to receive a refund! Very poor customer service! I would avoid at all costs.

Order an item from them on 26th December. Still awaiting delivery on 12th January. Email twice with o reply other than an automated response. Tried to call the number I found on Google (their website doesn't list it) but it seems to have been disconnected. Looking at companies house, their accounts are well overdue and it appears the company is in trouble... Not surprising with customer service like this. Looks like my Christmas money is trickling down the drain. Abysmal

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I ordered boots on 31st Dec - admittedly it was the Christmas holidays, however my money was debited straight away. I never received a confirmation email until last week. It has sat as status ‘Preparation’ now for about 9 days. I have emailed & messaged via social media & no response from anyone. I cannot get a telephone number to speak with anyone. It is a shocking way to run a business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order that was shipped on 02/12/22 - I have still not received the slippers. I have emailed 4 times and not yet had any customer service ! I requested cancellation and refund on 22/12 but no response. Totally disappointed !

Ordered boots they didnt fit so returned 29th December 2022 have proof they were signed for on the 3rd January 2023 still have not recieved a refund to my card

Returned a pair of boots as the sizing was way out . 3 weeks on still waiting for details of a refund. The boote were signed for on return so they have them.

After searching for some sheepskin slippers for a Christmas present, I came across Redfoot shoes. Since my husband often pinches my slippers as they are so warm, I decided to buy him a pair of his own. I chose a pair of black open backed sheepskin lined suede slippers and they are fantastic. They are warm, cosy, have a deep sole and were a very well received gift. I was so pleased with them that I bought a pink pair for my Mum too, who was very pleased. They are well made, fantastic quality and delivery was really quick too. The sizing isjust right and my husband is thrilled with his. Highly recommended!

had to wait way too long for delivery, shoes looks better on website, poor material, disappointed, do not bother to contact customer service on messenger or facebook, they never reply, also no customer phone number.... weird

This is I think the 8th pair of slippers I have bought for myself and family from Redfoot. Communication is great when needed, quick delivery and quality products. Loving my new purple slippers.

I ordered a christmas present on the 3rd December, I then got in contact via email on 22nd December (as this is the only way you communicate to customers which is completely antiquated) Its now the 4th January and i still have no product or reply from you. How can you run a business like this? clearly going by the other 1 star reviews recently i am not the only person who has suffered from you're extremely poor customer service.

Absolutely great product,the shoe were spot on and exactly what I want and to top it off really well packaged and presented well in the box,I feel I have more confidence in these shoes so tank you very much.

Will enhance your dress code weather walking the dog-down the pub or everyday casual dressing.
